The '13 SX4 HB

Absolutely, I daily drive the SX4 (fuel saver) so things happen slowly for mods.
The idea is increase the performance and take the 2.0L SX4 record for 0-60mph , 60ft time, 1/8 &1/4 mi ET/mph.
For me I need patience and the research what others have learned and shared here, that helps.
I have a lot of toys and they all demand some amount of time and $$. I learned a lot over the years on my other machines
and I know when I commit and build this Suzuki I will need extra parts as backups which I have not acquired yet.
What's going on in the background: finishing up a quick reseal on my turbo Buick and cruising/making drag strip passes in my '65 Corvair. I took a short break while it's hot on my LS swap mid engine V8Corvair, I need to finish that and the fix oil leak on my Impulse. Lots of toys little time haha

Been rolling on the hub centric spacers I got here, looks and feels good. Bone yard SX4's are getting raided here local to me, blasted a deer @ 45mph. All used parts going on with no paint work, low right front damage clear into the front door. I'm swapping front bumper cover, rt fender, rt front door, fender liner, horn both headlights and fog lights. Only the right side are bad but replacing in pairs.

Mixed up parts for sedan and hatchback sure make an interesting search. Easily I acquired the correct front bumper cover and fender with the flare on them. The door is from same vehicle but this had body side moldings and mine did not so that's coming off. The grille was odd from the start and tough to find with louvers vs the grille with just holes. I bought a new grille from UAE warehouse thanks to Megazip.
Turned over 150K miles this week and I couldn't toot horn to celebrate glad I bought a used horn too.

Tough finding the one year only grille. I used the best part of my original and most of the grille from the earlier models for fill the void.
I have passed my 1 year ownership January 4th.

There must be something special about the orange ones. For some reason it seems like most of the SX4s still around are that same color. I bought a second SX4 after a 6 year absence, same orange color as my first, much to my wife's chagrin lol. She obviously has poor taste, she married me afterall.

I've had three sunlight copper metallics (only two at a time, though!) Pure luck on what was available; I didn't search out the color.

Brand new grille arrived and is still a 2012 part. The one year only 2013 grille is rare to find. I cut up the new 2012 grille and parts of my original 2013 grille and built one out of the two different parts.

Nice colors on these SX4's. I like the green, blue and orange versions.
