I passed a twin to my SX4 on the highway, I've seen another recently. Just not as frequent as once were

My spare ECU will be a spare I believe, AEM FIC 6 tuning capability cannot be matched for the price, still cheaper than a bench reflashed ecu or Split second F/T controller. I made some changes recently that will help my focus on the SX4. Still I'm working/upgrading on three of my other machines before the SX4 gets any deep wrenching time. I might try the urethane bushing install today though.

I followed through with the plan. These were original 143k mi bushings and the bushing sleeve was completely corroded to the bolt. Oxy/Ace torch took care of the heating job and the sleeves were freed of the bolt, both bolts were saved. 20 ton shop press made easy work of pressing bushing carriers out of the arms. No issues with a smooth install of both the new bushings and the arms back on the car. I found a bolt missing on the intermediate ae housing I'll get that back in when I find one lol

Job finished, I only replaced the rear bushings the ball joints and front bushings are still like new @ 143k mi. Minimal corrosion for this being in the rust belt the whole time.

Still learning the goodies in this machine, I found this screen in the stock Navi setup. I learned while doing the first real maintenance that the original engine is long gone, finding that makes sense now.

Haha what a nice surprise if it was real. It's a 2010 engine in there so no idea on mileage now.
I know it says 140 on the dash so someone really stayed in it to go 145mph.

I honestly doubt that figure a bit... unless the previous motor was turbocharged.

I've used Superpro bushes in my Impulse, they have great quality but the price for the SX4 parts was too much for only 2 vs what a paid Siberian Bushings kit with 4 bushes.
Ordered Amsoil gear oil to service the transmission, last week I swapped out the stock original spark plugs for Ruthenium NGK plugs.
    Ripping this machine around everyday

What years and engine size of Swift fit?
2009 SX4 AWD hatch, auto, 2.0L. JX model I think.
