    Falken wildpeak AT 205/70/16

Just curious if anyone has tried Falken Wildpeak AT ... 205/70/16 has 27.3 diameter and I think should fit on stock 16 inch RIMS without lift. With lift should be no problem.
Its slightly narrower than the more popular 215/65/16 all terrains for our cars.

Had to retire my General grabbers AT2 after around 7 years. These were one of the best tires I have ever had. Sadly I could not source them anywhere in Canada in size 215/65/16 ..... There are hardly any All terrain tire choices available in this size in Canada, I was considering BFG KO2 but they at 35lbs per tire and I felt these are an overkill for our little 2 cyl !
I finally settled for Falken Wildpeak AT trail 205/70/16 which has a snowflake rating. Not as aggressive or beefy looking as the grabbers but they come with decent reviews.
Will post my observations of how these are this winter.

ok so for my winter review on these tires - very good in snow, water, slushy conditions. fairly good in ice too, except in very cold conditions when there is ice slipped a couple of times but nothing bad. Brakeing is very good too and of course its never going to be as good as a dedicated snow tire. Driving thru 8-10 inches of snow with no issues. Overall a good tire.
