You don't have to.....but you will have a TPMS light on your dash all the time without them on the wheels.

In Canada, a 07 SX4 didn't have TPMS. Does your car have stability control? Without TPMS if your car has it you could have another light on the dash and SC can be on at all times which is a total drag.

Not sure what you found them for, this place sells them online:

I think you were asking whether you have to buy new TPMS sensors from Suzuki (OEM) or whether you could buy the sensors from another supplier (Autozone, NAPA, Advance Auto, O'reillys, etc).

If that's your question, then I believe you can buy from any non-OEM supplier and your TPMS dash light should work just fine. Just make sure your new wheels are TPMS compatible, which they likely are if they are specifically sold as suitable for your car.

The other alternatives for TPMS sensors are as stated in THIS LINK.

Yea aftermarket is fine I got my TPMS from discount tire and they set them up for me. It's a pain and the employees will be mad but not my fault Suzuki made a difficult TPMS.
