I was planning a full standalone conversion with a Haltech elite 1500 but decided to piggyback it instead of rewiring everything and needing a haltech race dash... so I will be keeping the stock ecm to manage the dash and will be using the haltech elite 1500 to manage the rest. Also will be adding an extra oil pressure sensor in tee with the oem one. That extra pressure sensor will be linked to the haltech for safety in case of a major pressure drop. It's an expensive ecm but it's by far one of the best company out there.

Update :
A lot of oil overflowed in the exhaust side of my turbo and leaked down the exhaust... emptied 1/4 quart of oil out of there. I'm thinking my catch can isn't doing it's job or those baffles created too much pressure. Going to look for a non-baffled can.
I also upgraded the turbo to a Garrett GT2860rs dual ball bearing. Only bought the super core, thinking my other turbo's exhaust housing would fit but I was wrong.
My friend designed a short shift kit for the 6 speed and it works very well. 35% less throw : up, down, left and right. We designed around 4 revisions to make it work right.
Also upgraded the front engine mount to a solid 85a polyurethane mount. Will be upgrading the rear mount as well.
Watermeth injection system is 80% complete. Only a few wires to splice and a mount to fabricate to hold everything in place.
Upgraded the battery to an Optima redtop drycell (weighs around 15lbs) small form factor and has 680CCA.
All autometer gauges are in place and working. (Oil pressure, oil temp, boost and afr).
July 18th is a big day for me since the car will get dynotuned. Lots to do before this date and the only thing keeping me back is the long shipping delays for parts.
Stay tuned

U need some lightweight 17x9" Hypergrams and 245/45/17 Indy500 tires to get that power to the ground.
What do u think it will make on the dyno Samus?

I already have light 17X9 and 225 45 indy 500. Nice grip but the sidewall is too soft. I will be upgrading to Toyo Proxes. As for power figures it's hard to tell without a dyno tune. I will be boosting 8-12 psi

So after u get it tuned and running decent what are you thinking it will do on the rollers?
I'm hoping to reach 300+ whp. I've also shaved some weight all over the car to help. No more rear seats, spare, smaller battery relocated to the rear.
Modified the aerodynamics of the rear end by adding a wrc wing and fabricated a rear diffuser out of dibond sheets to delete the parachute effect of the rear bumper.

I run a mishimoto catch can on my Fiesta ST. It has only one baffle.
