    Cabin Air Filter---Where is it?

    Noob question

Where is the cabin air filter located? Could not find it listed in my owners manual. Is it under the glove box?

Behind the glove box. Gotta take out the glove box and it's right there.

I think it's somewhere around every 15,000-30,000 miles. It's basically like the air filter. I've done it about 6 times on my GV and they are always filthy. My lungs appreciate it.

Get one that has activated charcoal in it. You never know what you may have to filter out when the system is set to recirculate.

I have 85k on mine right now and have never replaced it...I feel like i've neglected it, so i'm going down to the store to pick one up. If it looks really bad i'll post a pic for a laugh...

I was reading about it and I didn't realize that having a fresh cabin air filter allows your A/C & Heat to operate more efficiently also.
