Flywheel interchangeable? Between years.

Hello everyone, I'm new to the forums and have spent the day trying to navigate them for an answer to my question here and either I'm not looking right or was just over looking

So I own both a 2009 and 2012 sx4 hb 5speed. My 2012 has a cracked flywheel, and I'm having no luck finding one locally. My 09 is down for major repairs. Big question here is will my 09 flywheel be interchangeable to my 2012?. I know engines are different but I couldn't find if the 5speeds were or not. I've done some research online and can't get any clear answers.

With that being said if the 09 won't work are there any interchangeable flywheels out there?

What are we gonna do when all the J20b cars are scrapped and the parts become so rare that they really start gouging?
j20a parts are plentiful not so much for b

It's easy to say "Oh just go to the salvage yard" That is just kicking the can down the road.

Has anyone modified the flywheel for a j20a to fit a b engine?
