Question Decipher markings on OEM steel wheels

I need to get rid of a set of SX4 base OEM steel wheels. As nobody on the forum has responded to my advert, I need to dump them on Craigslist. Hopefully they could fit other cars too so I want to post as much information as possible on the CL advert.

My wheels are marked by the rim "J 16x6J DOT 10 10 S6YY12"

And down by the lug nuts "YY" and later "10" over "05".

I know what 16x6J means, but does anyone know what the other markings mean?

The offset of these wheels if they are OEM is a +50mm. Your problem with these wheels fitting other vehicles is the fact OEM Suzuki wheels have a small hub bore diameter of 60.1mm. Only other car I know of with that small a hub bore would be Toyota cars.
