Camera is to close fornthe sound to be appreciated. But it seems that it sounds good not raspy like a civic

That has nothing to do with the muffler, take of the resonator or cats with that Spintech and you will see how raspy it sounds. Same when I took the resonator out with my Flowmaster set up, sounded like crap.

Once I added back the resonator it sounded 100 times better.

That i know off, i meant about his whole exhaust setup. When i had the exhaust cut-out that sounded raspy as hell to say the least. I have a vid let me see if i can upload it.

That embarrasment lasted 2 hours. I got under the car and installed the stock exhaust back on and threw the cut out in the trash literally

Cutouts are great for going to the track. If I were to have one I would have an electrical version. I've been thinking about it but don't really see the necessity right now.

I have one on my camaro and love it. Loud when you want it an quiet when you don't.

Works great on a Turbo but I am not sure you would get much power with it on the SX4. You might even lose a pile of torque.

Without a turbo or a high displacement engine you're doing more harm than good unless you know where exactly to place it.

Don't do it to the sx4 it makes it so much slower, you lose so much torque you won't believe it. The only think i like is that when you pass 4k rpm it sounds like a wastegate from inside the car. I had another video can't find it now, passing through the same spot doing exactly the same but completely stock and the car is visibly faster.

If you're referring to me, I'm not constricted that problem as I have a snail tucked under the hood. ;) The turbo likes unrestriction, it just makes it spool faster.
